In Bihar all political party select the candidate of cast. They see that which cast majority in this area and then they choose their candidate. They never think the development of the state they think only the benefit of their party and individually.
The ruling and opposition party both select the criminal back ground candidate and they not think the effect of such type of personality reflect our society and our coming generation .The intellectual of Bihar also vote fro their cast .They don't think about the development of Bihar, the thinking behind this that they think the their cast win the election and they proud himself that he also win and his cast fill proud.
So every people of Bihar think about the development of Bihar in which way devleop this back ward state and this is the right time.
