The law and order of Bihar can’t changed in such type of hasten step. Chief minister of Bihar Mr. Nitish Kumar change a single day more than 25 IAS. If this is the right solution than the crime of each state was end very early and there is no anarchy any where in this country. The war between two leaders goes ahead and the result is very worst. In the proclamation of Mamata Banerjee that the recruitment in railway in the basis of regional is not good for our country integrity . Railway is the no one-career contributor in public sector if the recruitment is divided in regional level if effect Bihari student mostly because in Bihar there is no option. In another state there is plenty of way that they can earn but Bihar has only agriculture and government sector so this effect badly. The agitation show in Badh where thousand of students gather and block railway track. This show the frustration of student in Bihar. Railway is property of whole country not any regional part then there is no law to create this type of environment. Bihar is based on agriculture but now there is no project run based in agriculture if the state government and central government can do in this sector then certainly Bihar is growing in comparison of other state but there is no clear planning in Bihar they only demand the special category but in which sector we invest and we develop our state . The factor is right now is if we want to do by honesty then we certainly develop our state and we are being a develop state in coming future

The burning train in Bihar is the such type of work done by some Bihari that the whole Bihar people shame to himself. This type of offense done by only some people but it effect all over the Bihar. The government of Bihar can take action against this type of people and give a example to not only the people of Bihar but whole country. Bihar is not the single state that this type of occurrence done the occurrence done by different type of people in different state but there is no hard and fast action taken by any state government because all the government think that if they take action against such type of people their vote bank affected and they never take strong action against this such type of bad element in every society.

This is the real picture of our leader. Day by day they become richer and our voter become poorer. Leader never think development only think his own development. But every leader have millionaire and his asset is not countable. This is the real situation of India. In every sector there is a age limit but in politics there is no age limit.
