Congress party is first time fight independently all 243 seats in Bihar without any other party coalition last 15 years. Rahul Gandhi youth brigade is vital role in this election. Congress applies the entire trick to become winner of the coming election for that the best choice is cast dominated candidates. Congress announced first 22 candidates list from the minority committee and 14 women’s candidate. In congress party there is no leader whose political background as strong as other party, but congress also Amar pandey in Bhumiar community and other leaders.
The history of Bihar election depends only two factors one is cast and another is criminality ‘Bahuwali’. Every party knows this funda closely and selects the candidate’s behalf of this. Lalu Prashad is the king of cast related politics. The key of power in last 15 years was ‘MY’ equation ‘Muslim and Yadav combination’. Again, Lalu Prashad grabs the opportunity but he changes his trend. Nowadays RJD-LJP alliance also plays different type of trump card of cast in this election. In the 1990s, lalu’s prshad famous sologan of “Bhura Bal shaf Karo” which clear meaning is clean Bhumihar and Rajput form the mainstream politics. But this time he is totally different and his new slogan is totally change “ Bhura baal maf karo aur kurmi koyari ko saf karo”. Prabhunath singh who recently join RJD to quit JD (U) and join RJD is also a powerful leader in Rajput community.
Lalu Prashad want to come back in power again for combination of Yadavs, Muslims and other upper and lower cast combinations. In this election LJP is coalition with RJD so Yadavs, Muslims, Dalits and backward section frequently with Lalu Prashad. Lalu also see the upper cast votes for that he offer upper cast leader to his party. Lalu Prashad convinces upper class as Bhumihar, Rajput both that Nitish kumar did not give him special benefit. My parties give you proper space in power and sit sharing. Raghubans Prashand leader of Rajput community with him he gets more advantage in this election.
LJP also see the combination of lower and upper cast. Surjabhan Singh belongs form Bhumihar community and party play this combination to catch vote bank of upper cast. Ramvilash paswan belong minority community help cash vote bank of lower cast.
In Bihar election the definition of a political leader is different to all others state in India. First criteria are cast and second are criminal background. In other a famous word ‘Bahuwali’. Wanted criminal in police list then the winning chance is more than an honest candidate.
