The law and order of Bihar can’t changed in such type of hasten step. Chief minister of Bihar Mr. Nitish Kumar change a single day more than 25 IAS. If this is the right solution than the crime of each state was end very early and there is no anarchy any where in this country. First of all the chief minister of Bihar Mr. Nitish Kumar change the mindset of top level to lower level people, Other wise there is no option in this hazardous crime.
The situation of Bihar is so worst that the whole country hates and disregard. The cast situation of Bihar is very worst and this affects every province of the state. First of all Nitish Kumar change the mindset of every Bihari then the whole situation is automatically change. Unemployment is a gigantic problem of Bihar. A proverb in English is “ Empty mind devil shop” this proverb is perfect for all Bihari. Around 50% Bihari have no work so they waste there time extravagantly.
If the government can take proper step then certainly the future of every Bihari will be bright.

Mamata verses Lalu
The war between two leaders goes ahead and the result is very worst. In the proclamation of Mamata Banerjee that the recruitment in railway in the basis of regional is not good for our country integrity . Railway is the no one-career contributor in public sector if the recruitment is divided in regional level if effect Bihari student mostly because in Bihar there is no option. In another state there is plenty of way that they can earn but Bihar has only agriculture and government sector so this effect badly. The agitation show in Badh where thousand of students gather and block railway track. This show the frustration of student in Bihar. Police firing lathi charg such type of situation appeared, this is not good sign of railway and our country. Railway is property of whole country not any regional part then there is no law to create this type of environment. The government of India take action against this suggestion that save our country integrity.
